Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the original, unworn items back into their shipping box and ensure all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
